Board of Directors

Mr.  Amos Yadlin
Chairman of the Board
Major General (ret.), as of November 2011 Director of the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS). Served in the IDF for 40 years, 10 of which on General Staff. From 2006-2010, served as the IDFs chief of Defense Intelligence. Maj. Gen. (ret.) Yadlin, a former deputy commander of the Israel Air Force and has commanded two fighter squadrons and two airbases. Yadlin holds a B.A. in economics and business administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (1985). He also holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University (1994).

Mr. Nahum Rosman
Treasurer and Member of the Board
Partner and director in a number of high tech companies. MSc in Finance and Investment, Tel Aviv University.

Legal Counsel and Member of the Board since Fidel's establishment.
Heads a law firm that specializes in high tech. Director at AlmaLinks (CIC) whose aim is to bring together young Jewish business people from around the globe.

Zeev Kaso, Adv.
Member of the Board
Founder and director of the Ethiopian Israeli Students Program at Ono Academic College. After his military service as a journalist in the military newspaper "Bamachaneh", worked as a journalist at Channel 1. Active in various committees, organizations and forums that promote equality of the Ethiopian Israeli community and aim to change perceptions in Israeli society.
 
Ms. Orly Sadeh
Member of the Board
Educational professional with management experience for the past 31 years. Orly in is an organizational consultant and a personal and family coach. Holds an MA in Special Education.
 
Mr. Arnon Mantver

Member of the Board

Arnon has dedicated much of his professional life to improving the process of Aliyahand absorption of new immigrants in Israel  and is perceived  as one of the leading experts in the field. 

In addition to his role at FIDEL, he currently serves as Chair of the Board of the Center for International Migration and Integration (CIMI), which he established in 1989.

Arnon Mantver served as chair of JDC Israel from 1995 to 2014 and prior to which was the Director of the Department for Immigration and Absorption at the Jewish Agency.  Arnon was appointed to his role at the Jewish Agency in 1989,  a time of major historical importance that  saw mass immigration from both the former Soviet Union and Ethiopia and in 1991, he led the Jewish Agency team in welcoming 14,200 Ethiopian Jews to Israel via Operation Solomon.
